Pole fitness round 2

It gets better & better. I am talking about the new course from Pole Divas Fitness, Im the instructor, (if you read my last blog you'll know im recovering from an emergency c-section). My body feels stronger this week, the belly muscles seem to be tightening and I even dared to wear a white tight T-shirt on one of those sunny days last week, seems that along with my pole fitness, the yoga and short cardio sessions are paying off, but enough about me, this is about the class.

The vibe was pumping again this week, its so good to be dancing to the funky beats again. Only a couple of the girls struggled this week after a heavy night out! I think it's the last time they drink before taking to the poles! Talk about spinning!

Its only week 2 and the troupe are really getting the hang of it and have nearly perfected the first half of the routine. With back hooks and front hook spins really coming along, I can't wait to see what they produce next week. Even our new girl got to it by the end of class. They are amazing themselves.
