Oh my great goddess, has really two years passed since I last blogged? I tell you being a mum and fitness diva, take up alot of time! But there's always an excuse, so let's say I've been having fun with the (no doubt about it), little diva who is now two!
Back to pole fitness, lots of movement in this world, everyone's at it even the forever fabulous group! Don't challenge a baby boomer, they'll always take you up! So to allow this super troop to unveil themselves we will launch our forever fabulous pole fitness class for anyone 40yrs of age and over at the end of April.
We are also moving to new pastures with the launch of Burlesque with Lolitta Lush and Bellydancing with Ozgen ,our amazing male turkish belly dancer. watch the calender in April.
